Whoosh! Race down the Kincaid Park Sledding hill in your sled made from cardboard and duct tape and/or white glue.  Compete for speed, distance and creativity by age: 8-12, 13-17, 18+ and family.  Please preregister.  Cost: $5 per sled/$10 day of event.  Contact MOA Parks and Recreation, Margaret Timmerman, 343-4217 or Kincaid, 343-6397.
